EXPLORING THE DIVERSITY WITHIN THE WORKPLACE OF SMALL FIRMS IN KOGI STATE, NIGERIA

This study aimed at exploring diversity within the workplace of Small Firms in Kogi State, Nigeria. The used survey research design. Descriptive statistics, mean score from Likert scale, ANOVA and multiple Regressions were for data analysis. found that age has significant effect on job satisfaction employees; religion, educational background experience have strong small firms’ organizational outcomes State. finding further indicated gender difference affects performance, satisfaction, productivity, competitive advantage customers’ satisfaction. concluded positive satisfaction; other factors such as employees only affect performance firms State positively. therefore recommended owner-managers should take cognizance it strategically manage they
